ITAbi24 is provided by eDream OÜ, registry code 16859084, the data controller. For privacy questions and requests, contact info@itabi24.ee.
Your request
We use your name, phone number, optional email, preferred support type and problem description to answer your request, prepare a quote and provide support. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Processing is based on your consent and, where relevant, steps before or performance of a contract.
Retention and your rights
Requests are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer legal retention period applies. You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or request restricted processing. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee. You may also object to processing.
Form security and reCAPTCHA
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2, loaded after you consent to processing the form data. It may process your IP address, browser information and interactions to distinguish people from bots. Google’s privacy policy and terms are linked next to the form. Our server uses a temporary session cookie and hashed IP-based request counters to limit abuse. Files older than 24 hours are cleaned up on subsequent website traffic. You can also contact us by phone or email.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you allow optional analytics. Change your choice in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from requesting a service. Google services may process data outside the European Economic Area under Google’s data processing terms.
