How soon can I get help?
We respond as soon as we can. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; urgent cases are by arrangement. We’ll confirm the appointment time when we speak.
Do I need to bring my computer anywhere?
Not necessarily. Many software issues can be resolved remotely. If a visit is needed, we cover Tallinn and Harjumaa.
Am I in control of remote access?
Yes. We connect with your permission, you can see the actions on your screen, and you can end the connection. Never send passwords or bank card details through the form.
Do you help with Mac and Linux?
Yes. We help with common Windows, macOS and Linux issues, setup and everyday software.
Can you invoice my business?
Yes. The service provider is eDream OÜ, registry code 16859084. We can provide an invoice and a summary of the work on request.
